These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and jiun88 ("Platform", "we", "us"). These Terms apply to all access and use of jiun88, available at jiun88.vin, including all services, games, promotions and features made available through the platform.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or playing any game on jiun88, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you are using the platform on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms.

Each player is permitted to hold one jiun88 account only. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is a violation of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances being forfeited.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete and current information. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. Providing false information during registration, including misrepresenting your age, name or contact details, is grounds for immediate account closure.

• Your username and password are your responsibility. Do not share your login credentials with anyone.

• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify jiun88 support immediately.

jiun88 reserves the right to verify your identity before processing withdrawals or at any other point deemed necessary. Verification may include requesting a copy of a valid CNIC, proof of payment method ownership, or other documentation as reasonably required.

All transactions on jiun88 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and other payment methods displayed at the time of transaction. Available payment options may change over time.

Deposits:

• All deposits must be made from a payment account in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. These limits may vary by payment method.
• Deposits are generally credited to your jiun88 account immediately or within a short processing time, depending on the payment method.
• jiun88 does not accept deposits made with funds that are the proceeds of any unlawful activity.

Withdrawals:

jiun88 offers bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players from time to time. All bonus offers are subject to their own specific terms, which will be clearly communicated at the time the offer is presented. The following general bonus rules apply to all jiun88 promotions unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household, per device, and per payment method.

jiun88 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Where a bonus has already been credited to a player's account, the terms applicable at the time of crediting will continue to apply unless the player is notified otherwise.

All sports bets placed on jiun88, including Cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, Football and Esports markets, are subject to the following general rules:

• Bets are final once confirmed. jiun88 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed and confirmed by the system.
• In the event of a technical error that results in incorrect odds being displayed, jiun88 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players.
• Live in-play bets are accepted at the platform's discretion. jiun88 may suspend live betting on any market at any time without prior notice.
• If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the rules displayed for that specific market at the time of placing the bet.
• Casino and slot game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems. jiun88 does not manipulate game outcomes.

• You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting jiun88 support, subject to any legal data retention obligations.

jiun88 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jiun88 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or freedom from errors.

• jiun88 is not liable for any loss of funds resulting from a player's own decisions, including bets placed, games played or bonuses claimed.
• jiun88 is not responsible for losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or interruptions to internet connectivity on the player's side.

jiun88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion, particularly in cases where:

Players may also close their own account voluntarily at any time by contacting support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (after settling any outstanding bonus conditions) will be returned via the player's registered payment method. Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary account closure unless the applicable wagering conditions have been fully met.
